FlexLab provides AI and automation services, web development, mobile application development,
blockchain development, and software support and maintenance. Website descriptions are general and
may not reflect the exact scope of a particular client engagement.
2. No Automatic Client Agreement
Submitting a contact form, booking a meeting, subscribing to a newsletter, or emailing FlexLab does not
create a binding client agreement. The scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, deliverables,
responsibilities, and ownership terms for any project will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of
work, or signed agreement.
3. Website Information and Results
Service descriptions, project examples, case studies, testimonials, performance figures, and other website
content are provided for general informational purposes only. Past results and examples do not guarantee
the same or similar results for any future project.
4. Communications and Email Consent
When you submit a contact form, book a meeting, or contact us by email, you consent to receive
communications related to that inquiry, meeting, or requested service. When you separately subscribe to
the newsletter, you consent to receive newsletter and marketing emails. Contact-form or meeting
submissions are not treated as newsletter subscriptions unless you separately opt in.
Newsletter and marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may withdraw marketing consent
at any time by using that option or by contacting info@flexlab.io.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website to:
● Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
● Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
● Send spam or misuse website forms.
● Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information.
● Engage in illegal activity or infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property
Website content, including the FlexLab name, logo, branding, text, graphics, images, layout, and design,
belongs to FlexLab or the applicable rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property
laws. Ownership and permitted use of client project deliverables are governed by the separate written
client agreement for that project.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including analytics, scheduling, hosting,
communication, and email-delivery providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy
policies. FlexLab is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
8. Website Availability and Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be
uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the extent permitted by applicable
law, FlexLab disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written client agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlexLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or similar damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Liability relating to a
client project is governed by the applicable written client agreement.
10. Governing Law
The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms will be added after FlexLab’s official registration details
and applicable jurisdiction are confirmed by management.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last
updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
